ABOUT ALEX RUSSELL

I\'m a people and project manager with 15 years of digital content and e-commerce experience. I\'ve managed teams as large as 300 writers and editors and as focused as a couple of motivated project managers at public companies, startups, and small agencies.I\'ve managed global teams across multiple continents in content creation, quality assurance, training and development, program management, and operational efficiency improvement. I\'ve worked with every layer of organizations, from front-line staff to the C-suite and senior leadership.I\'m motivated by problems that need solutions and teams that need better ways to get their core processes done. I\'ve built a career on process improvement, content generation and strategy, and storytelling through data to make sure it\'s all working at the same time.I\'m interested in roles managing content teams, designing and implementing content strategy, solving process improvement problems, and designing and tracking KPIs and other data analysis to improve the way work happens.
