My primary purpose in life is to give Honor to God. I desire to lead my family well-by serving my wife, and intentionally discipling my kids. These are the things that define success to me. I have a wide range of experience starting multiple ventures. From for-profit, to not-for-profit organizations, I have built multiple companies and learned many lessons along the way. My primary giftedness lies in my ability to cast clear vision, simplify complex systems, and build strong teams. I seek to understand the unique wiring of each individual I come in contact with and unlock the potential I see inside them.
