My role with Muller has been split between being an HR Project Manager and an HR Business Partner. As Project Manager I have delivered the modular implementation of their new HRIS, SuccessFactors. Working closely with the HR Practices both in the UK and Germany to identify and implement their requirements into the new system creating improvements/efficiencies.As an HR Business Partner I carried out activities to support the for the setup of a new Shared Service Centre in the UK. Working with the business and employee groups to implement a progressive solution for the business, whilst supporting the impacted employees.other key processes I have supported in the mid role is the delivery of our Employee Engagement Survey and subsequent action plans and the yearly pay review and bonus process for the UK.
