I am a Technical Recruitment Specialist at Scott Logic, a leading software consultancy that delivers bespoke digital solutions for clients across various sectors. In my current role I am a Technical Recruitment Specialist focussing on recruitment strategy and before the new year, I worked part time on a project that was building a platform for artists to showcase their work and get noticed by industry users for a company called Visible Women. I was responsible for gathering requirements from the client, translating them into user stories on JIRA, managing the backlog, and running refinement sessions with the engineers and scrum master. I used Agile Scrum methodology and worked with Java and React technologies. I enjoyed collaborating with the client and the scrum team, ensuring that the delivered software meets the original objectives and vision. I am passionate about empowering women in the arts and technology fields, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
