As an Enterprise Health Associate at BrainCheck, I\'m drive by the mission to transform the way cognitive decline is addressed by healthcare systems. This cause is close to my heart because I\'ve had firsthand experience with the impacts that undiagnosed dementia can have on individuals and their loved ones. 3 out of 5 people with dementia lack a proper diagnosis, this is a massive problem that needs to be addressed. I\'m passionate about ensuring patients receive earlier diagnoses and interventions, helping them avoid reaching late stages of Dementia or Alzheimer\'s Disease. At BrainCheck, we are making a difference by revolutionizing care guidelines, implementing value-based approaches, reducing hospital readmissions, etc. By doing so, we are not only enhancing patient outcomes but also addressing the national challenge of long referral wait times to see a specialist.
