Hi I’m Alex. A Service Architect currently available for opportunities. Ideally, I’d like a new challenge in a fast moving, evolving organisation. I’m an experienced leader with expertise of the entire service lifecycle. I’ve a firm knowledge of agile principles as well as a good understanding of DevOps approaches. I’m an accomplished facilitator and communicator. I’ve managed teams remotely, can build rapport quickly and am known for my solid people and stakeholder management skills. I like to look for win / win solutions and confidently use mediation techniques for conflict resolution where necessary. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with customers and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. I like to think it’s taught me the art of authentic communication. To me this means listening well, respecting desires and wishes, maintaining pragmatism and striving for exceptional outcomes. I’m generally on a mission to innovate and create a vision of excellence.
