As a semi-retired post-secondary administrator, I’ve dedicated the next chapter of my life to giving back to the community that has given me so much. I have the privilege of serving as Executive Director of Pacekids Programs, a vital nonprofit organization supporting families with preschool-aged children who have diverse needs.In this role, I lead a passionate team of over 175 professionals and oversee an $18 million budget. My responsibilities span the full spectrum of organizational leadership—from visioning and strategic planning with our volunteer Board, to coaching staff, managing operations, and fostering strong relationships with government and community partners.My commitment is simple but powerful: to provide the best staff, the best services, and the best facilities to as many families as we can responsibly serve. I’m proud to work alongside a team that shares this vision and brings it to life every day.Whether it’s fundraising, marketing, human resources, or community engagement, I approach every aspect of this work with purpose and heart.
