Hi, I’m Alex. My journey started at Equinox picking up towels as a trainer and ultimately led to a VP role. During my time I pioneered an industry-leading training model, integrating movement, nutrition, and regeneration. I\'ve since gone on to be at the forefront of designing and scaling best-in-class health and fitness experiences for global leading brands. My expertise spans business strategy, learning & development, and operational excellence, working with organizations ranging from startup to multi-billion-dollar companies. I help organizations bridge the gap between client experience and business success, whether through building teams, refining systems, or launching scalable programs in healthspan and longevity. I hold a Master’s in Behavior Change from Columbia University and am currently pursuing my NBC-HWC certification.
