Alex is a seasoned program and communications leader with 14 years of experience advancing initiatives across the federal government, management consulting, and public health sectors. She specializes in program management, public affairs, strategic and crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and policy implementation for healthcare and defense agencies.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Alex led public affairs for the Joint Assisted Acquisition team at the JPEO-CBRND, coordinating with HHS and the DoD’s Operation Warp Speed to accelerate acquisition and delivery of vaccines, diagnostics, PPE, and critical medical supplies, work for which she was awarded a Civilian Service Medal.Alex holds dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Public Policy & Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
