   Provide strategic and visionary leadership for undergraduate student recruitment and admissions, overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Office of Admissions at OSU-Cascades.Partner with fellow enrollment and admissions leaders in the development and implementation of undergraduate recruitment strategies for all of OSU, with emphasis on meeting enrollment goals at OSU-Cascades. Evaluate, design, and implement admissions processes and policy in collaboration with other enrollment units and university leadership.Leverage data and technology to analyze marketing, recruitment, applications and enrollment data to assess annual recruitment execution plan, and recommend high impact improvements. Implemented the texting platform Mongoose Cadence, increasing 1:1 communication with students, event registration, and event yield rates. Oversee campus visitation and informational programs for prospective students, parents, high school and community and college counselors/advisors.Responsible for the hiring, training, and evaluations of five professional staff members with shared leadership of ten student employees. Established new positions, resources, contracts, and trainings for student staff. Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with target recruitment sources, including high schools and community colleges.Oversee development of marketing strategies in collaboration with others to meet enrollment goals. Led efforts to increase strategic mailings across the funnel.Provide effective and strategic management of fiscal, human, and technological resources. Manage and edit all admissions based websites.Represent OSU-Cascades at recruitment events and counselor events.Serve on numerous access and enrollment workgroups and committees at OSU, OSU-Cascades and statewide, including as chair of the Oregon Public University admissions leadership organization (ICAR)(2024-present)
