About Alex Quince
Alex co-leads PwC\'s Deals Analytics team for the technology, media and telecommunications (\"TMT\") sector. His specialty is subscription-based revenue models, where he brings a unique skill set when dealing with these types of businesses. This includes customer retention and churn analysis, product bundling, salesforce effectiveness, pipeline conversion and pricing analysis. Alex brings a wide array of tools and business acumen to his engagements, allowing for the rapid and effective deep-dive analysis and diagnostics of critical deal issues for deals involving big data. He has been involved in numerous transactions, spanning both buy- and sell-side diligence, as well as post-deal implementations of KPI metric and value creation reporting.Alex’s clients include global leading money makers in the private-equity space as well as technology-focused buyout groups. Alex received his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and is a multiple recipient of the Dean’s Honor List. He has a double degree, BComm. in Accounting and B.A. in International Studies, from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Alex is also a qualified chartered accountant in Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
