In my current position, I have the privilege of leading a diverse team of 11 General Managers representing both legacy brands. This leadership role requires me to manage cross-functional teams effectively, harmonise different working styles, and ensure alignment with the company\'s goals and values.In 2023 I took charge of planning and executing the launch of 2 new locations within my area. By meticulously coordinating various aspects of the launch, we met and exceeded occupancy targets within the first quarter. This achievement showcased my ability to deliver results under tight timelines and contributed significantly to the company\'s growth.Working collaboratively with cross-departmental teams, I actively participated in designing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business systems and a new recruiting program.
