Perform detailed financial analysis, analyze variances.• Maintain positive working relationship with company banks, CPAs sand other company stakeholders, ensure open lines of credit, and timely tax and regulatory filings.• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial reporting. Develop rates for company job centers, including overhead, fringe, and pool calculations, up to twice per year.• Generate forecasts, analyze trends, and develop annual budgets for all company departments. Leads business activities to improve performance, margins, costs, forecast accuracy and drive return on investments.
