Whether it was when I was building and leading impactful organizations or creating my own businesses, I’ve always had a deep commitment to creating a positive impact on the world.The biggest impact I’ve been able to make over the past 30 years has been through my leadership development and coaching work. I’ve known from an early age that my calling is to help people tap their full potential so they can live into the fullest version of who they truly are. My clients are powerful, dedicated, and passionate about their work. They’re leaders who not only lead from their minds, but equally from their hearts.
