I am also involved in the creation, development and delivery of training programmes to adults across the Health and Social Care sector. I lead the Norfolk and Waveney Hydration Programme which is working with NHS England, the Norfolk and Waveney ICB and the University of East Anglia to improve hydration among the elderly cross Norfolk in order to reduce UTI referrals.
