Alex is a policy professional specializing in federal and state education policy, with a focus on K-12, higher education, and pathways. He is a nationally renowned expert in early postsecondary opportunities like dual enrollment. In addition to his role as a Senior Policy Advisor at Foresight Law + Policy, Alex is best known for coordinating the College in High School Alliance, which supports state and national policymakers in expanding access and success to dual enrollment. He also supports the Dual Enrollment Research Fund, which invests in new research to advance dual enrollment policy and practice. Alex also conducts federal advocacy for a number of clients in the K-12 and higher education space.
