Beginning in November 2020, I joined the Crested Butte office of King Systems LLC as an A/V technician. That same month, I began as a part-time grant writer for the nonprofit organization, Sustainable CB.From 20••••20, I worked as a Development Officer for the international nonprofit, El Porvenir.Prior to that, I was a production assistant at Rocky Mountain PBS and a video editor at the nonprofit organization, The Lion Project. From 20••••17, as a founding director of the social impact production company, The Story Impact, I produced captivating, audience-tailored fundraising content for healthcare, education, environment, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and WASH nonprofits, social businesses, public-private partnerships, and multilateral organizations in Haiti, El Salvador, and the USA – including UNICEF Haiti and the EU Development Fund.Previously, as Director of Strategic Alliances & Fundraising at the Chilean NGO, América Solidaria Haití, I wrote the Port-au-Prince office’s first-ever winning grant (in Spanish) and mobilized a multinational network of Rotarians to finance a WASH infrastructure and education program. I also cultivated valuable relationships with public, private, bilateral, multilateral, and individual supporters via email, phone calls, tailored proposals, in-person appeals, gift recognition, and progress reports. Before América Solidaria, I won grants for a Peruvian cleantech social enterprise (PowerMundo) and for a youth-literacy NGO in El Salvador (ConTextos) while completing an International Administration MA at DU\'s Josef Korbel School of International Studies. During this time I also interned with the Posner Center for International Development, and Elephant Energy; I was president of Korbel\'s Latin American Studies Association (LASA) and VP of the Sustainable International Development Network - all while working a part-time job as in DU\'s AV tech support.From 20••••10, I raised approximately $500k for Children International by signing up over 600 recurring donors as Fundraising Team Leader during 14 months of face-to-face canvassing on New York City sidewalks.
