I specialize in high volume, high stress, large loss and consulting projects in both the residential and commercial markets.I\'ve managed multi million dollar jobs and big production/estimating crews on all major storms to hit the United States since 2004; Hurricane Charley, Hurricane Frances, Hurricane Ivan, Hurricane Jeanne, Hurricane Wilma, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Rita, Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Ernesto, Hurricane Gustav, Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Irene, Hurricane Sandy, blizzard of 2015 in New England and recent hurricanes in NC/FLA. When not chasing storms; my day job is to sell, estimate and manage day to day large loss commercial and residential insurance restoration projects including but not limited to large loss fires, water damages, mold losses, asbestos and lead abatements, structure consultations and building science assessments. During my employment for the National Group I managed the mobilization of all building materials/labor, drying equipment and generators for University Of Miami to be delivered to Haiti after the earth quakes. We have since built 4 new hospitals, numerous homes and community centers. It was a highlight of my career to help with the process, a true blessing.My goal is to bring a high level of professionalism and detail to an industry that puts people\'s lives back together after a sudden weather, fire or water loss. After 25+ years in the industry, I wake up every day excited about the next opportunity.
