Serving as Vice President of Recruitment for Staff Management | SMX, I provide operational leadership for Staff Management | SMX’s talent lifecycle through oversight of the recruitment marketing, associate recruitment, associate engagement, workforce development, and recruitment and placement solutions departments. Dedicated to driving continuous improvements on engaging and attracting talent for our client partnerships, I led the development of our associate recruitment department, which supports the overall strategy of how we attract top talent. Additionally, I built our recruitment and placement solutions team, which is heavily focused on finding skilled talent.I am a member of TrueBlue’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council and serves as a chair for the Women Empowered employee resource group.
