Savacor- LVAD Li-Ion implantable cell mechanical design and process development- Satellite 75 Ah Li-Ion cell; mechanical design, qualification test and in production-\"Orion\" battery for crew launch abort system; design, process development and qualification for flight. Flown in October of 20•••••50 cell heat balancing material and structure design to slow and stop the cell thermal runaway - Hypersonic Wayverider; battery design, assembly process development and qualification test for flight; Flown in 2010 to 2013- Tacsat-4, cell and battery design collaboration NRO/NRL, launched in Sept. of 2011- Pegasus rocket, battery pack for avionics; design and assembly process development of aerospace, qualified hardware in production- SLS battery pack design, flight qualified in production- UAV battery pack design, process development and production. Predator, Reaper flight qualified.
