I am Dr. Alex Olakunle (Dr. Alegbeleye O. Kunle), a certified British International Business Manager and a passionate advocate for human capital development, international education, and nation-building.With a Master’s in International Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) and a PhD in International Education Leadership & Management from Prowess University (USA), I have built a career focused on empowering African professionals, entrepreneurs, and youth with future-ready skills.In 2016, I founded Grant African Digital Enterprise, which has since trained and empowered over candidates with digital skills and employment support across Nigeria and West Africa. In 2021, I moved to the UK and founded Turner Innovations Limited, the parent company for IBMC Smart Pay and the London Tilcareer Institute, expanding our reach globally.London Tilcareer Institute has trained over learners across the UK, Nigeria, and Ghana, with plans to enter 3 additional African countries by 2030.Our latest innovation, IBMC Smart Pay, is a Universal Education Funding Ecosystem designed to make UK-certified courses accessible to Nigerians and Africans through our flagship IBMC Edu-Fund Project.
