Senior SAP CAR consultant, freelancing directly for SAP, S4 Retail and CAR implementation. Responsible for CAR end-to-end design, including integration with S4 Retail (cloud), store POS and legacy systems. The project was delivered using Agile methodology. • Team lead and managed two junior consultants. Mercadona is Spain’s biggest retailer, they have 1600 stores in Spain and Portugal producing 3 million daily transactions. I completed the design and build of Data Transfer and Audit (DTA). Designed the POS inbound interface design from POS to CAR via SAP PI, and utilised SAP HANA capabilities. Developed an integrated solution between POS and CAR using APIs for the retrieval of transactional data for validating customer returns. • Delivered aggregated sales data interfaces from CAR to S4 Retail taking into account complex tax processes. Designed bespoke integrated solution with legacy inventory, sales and finance systems, and SAP Finance (SII & SAF-T). • Activated Inventory Visibility, Demand Data Foundation (DDF), Unified Design Foundation (UDF) and On-shelf Availability (OSA). Implemented Multichannel Sales Order functionality and managed an upgrade from version 2.0 to 4.0. Assisted in the design of a data migration solution for CAR, which included 2 years of sales history and approximately 2.1bn transactions.
