I’m passionate about helping organisations go beyond compliance and build safer, smarter ways of working.As Director of Continual Improvement at HSQE Ltd, I focus on developing our digital learning assets and supporting infrastructure, ensuring our systems deliver real value for learners and organisations alike.With a background as an IOSH tutor and subject matter expert, I bring both technical knowledge and a people-first approach to safety — one that recognises that genuine improvement comes from learning, not blame. I have a particular interest in Safety-II principles and how they can shape more resilient and adaptive workplaces.I’m currently studying for the NEBOSH Diploma, deepening my understanding of health, safety, and risk management at a strategic level.Outside of work, I’m a proud father and enjoy spending time with my young son, wife and family — keeping perspective on why good safety really matters.
