Manages and directs projects across multiple Construction Programs to improve data, records and ensure project policies and controls are consistently applied primarily in the areas of governance, process assurance, program cost, schedule and scope maintenance to ensure transparent reporting to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). • Manages the development of cost recovery applications that are triggered with program over-expenditures beyond forecast. • Manages the development of program governance, process assurance, lessons learn, process improvement, regulatory filings, workpapers and responding to intervenor discovery. • Prepares supporting documentation for CPUC and other government agencies concerning cost estimates.• Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, operations, and vendors to define cost recovery application requirements, assess alternatives and present solutions to business challenges, while affirming compliance with existing requirements and regulations. Responsible for budget and resource planning for completion of assigned cost recovery efforts.
