I am a Director within Deloitte Real Estate\'s Planning and Development team, with over 8 years post qualification experience. I am currently advising a number of major public sector organisations, both within London and across the wider UK.Principal areas of focus are:Developer Procurement: acting for public bodies seeking to procure development partners. Conversant with OJEU regulated procedures, with a successful track record of employing both the competitive dialogue and the restricted approaches. Currently project managing three developer selection campaigns within the south east.Development Agreements: a strong track record of providing commercial input into the negotiation and preparation of complex development agreements.Regeneration: project managing multi-disciplinary consultancy teams preparing regeneration and development plans for a wide range of sites, including city centre locations. Ability to draw upon complementary development advisory and compulsory purchase skill sets. Viability Testing: extensive experience of advising land owners on the viability of proposed development schemes and also testing the assumptions of developers put forward in the context of planning applications and compulsory purchase orders. A particular focus upon mixed use development comprising retail, residential and leisure uses.
