Bring & Mix is a new and exciting pop-up that was incorporated in November 2014, and started trading in March 2015. The business is based on a Bring Your Own (BYO) model where guests bring their own spirits and receive two hours of cocktail service.Bring & Mix started life off in a small Cafe in Southampton during their closed hours; thereby utilising space that would otherwise be unused. This space-sharing relationship has provided Bring & Mix with a great central location, and provides the cafe with an additional revenue stream by utilising space that would not normally be generating any income.From the success of the Southampton venue, Bring & Mix has expanded to Manchester using the same tried and tested business model. Three months after launch it has already risen to become Manchester\'s #8 Nightlife Attraction as voted by customers on TripAdvisor.
