Assessing and treating acute and chronic mental health conditions.I work as a mental health nurse involved in community assessment of those with mental health problems. My team receives referrals from a variety of sources, I triage these referrals and assess those that require support or treatment. This calls for highly developed verbal and written communication skills, I have received training in various forms of communication and communication styles over many years, and I feel this has been invaluable in my more recent endeavours of developing communities and engaging and connecting with people. In addition to these roles, I am involved in audit and data analysis for my team to improve efficiency and ensure targets are met. Since the success of The NFT people and in particular the Space Troopers project, I have been able to reduce my hours working in Mental Health to focus on my web3 business.
