ABOUT ALEX MANNOCK
After meeting my business partner Pouvanart Taechakumput in 2017, we have built up a six-figure Airbnb portfolio consisting of 16 units across Essex and Surrey. Alongside our serviced accommodation business, we also hold a buy-to-let portfolio across Manchester and Liverpool. After spending many years and tens of thousands of pounds in property training up and down the UK, we came to realise that almost all the training providers only teach the basics because that is the \'easy sell\'. All the courses, gurus and mentors seem to miss out the most important parts around what is really important in todays busy serviced accommodation market because it might stop people from buying the course. After seeing so many operators struggle with the fundamentals of running a business as well as the additional marketing knowledge necessary to be consistently fill their units, we knew that we had to bring these missing links to the coaching space. We know specialise in helping new operators as well as established hosts to scale, systemise and automate their businesses in a safe way without the liabilities of multiple rent to rent deals. Through utilising our own systems and focusing on the consultancy model, we can help our mentees grow a sustainable, profitable and systemised business that allows them to step out and get their time back. We focus on helping our mentees build a strong online brand through being authentic and over delivering free value to the Airbnb community while also learning the skills and systems required to build a truly hands off six-figure business. We have also partnered with the UK\'s largest Airbnb sourcing company to provide superior consultancy and SA management services through partnering them with our highly trained and professional mentees.
