About Alex Mandich
I had always had the ambition of being my own boss and not growing up to merely be the person who would work 40 hours a week for 40 years of my life before retiring. I set my first company up in display advertising up at the age of 18 and soon realised that I knew little about the world of business. I decided to go to university to develop my theoretical understanding of business with the intention of getting into the world of marketing.After graduating I was left in a position where I needed to decide on which path to pursue. It quickly became a realisation that growth potential within the industries I desired to pursue required further investment of time and finance.After researching further, I realised that my ability to advance would be determined by factors which I had no influence over.I studied for 4 years and invested both my time and finances to achieve something that millions of others had. My options where to further my education or find something else I could pursue and pour my energy into. I eventually landed an entry level role in direct marketing and quickly understood that there where vacancies in management which were in high demand, roles which required a specific caliber of individual. I invested my time and energy into developing myself personally and professionally to become that individual to then go on to become a business owner. I now seek to provide the same opportunity to others who are willing to learn and be coached. My Business goals now are to mentor, guide and coach an elite team of ambitious and driven individuals to further my business expansion within the UK, USA & EU.My end goal is simple, I want to guide and mentor a new generation of entrepreneurs, academia is not the only route to success, hard work, perseverance and the right habits can create it too.Believing is in the mind, achieving is in the grind.
