As Vice President, Security & Life Safety, I lead enterprise-wide strategies that protect Cadillac Fairview’s people, assets, and information while strengthening organizational resilience. Managing a team of more than 700 professionals, my mandate spans security operations, operational technology cyber security, organizational resilience, and environmental health and life safety across a national portfolio of 50 million square feet of landmark properties. In this capacity, I direct programs that safeguard employees, tenants, and visitors; protect building systems and critical infrastructure; and ensure the continuity of operations through business continuity, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery. Beyond operational oversight, I set the department’s strategic vision, align budgets and resources with business priorities, and establish performance measures to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement. By leveraging risk-based intelligence-led practices and emerging technologies, I enhance CF’s overall security, safety, cyber, and resilience posture ensuring the organization can operate securely and without disruption in pursuit of its business objectives.
