With expertise working in marketing, sales, and user experience, I understand the entirety of the prospect -> customer journey better than most. This holistic perspective gives me the ability to understand what motivates customers from the moment they hear about a product to the end of their customer relationship. I understand how to capture their attention, keep them engaged, and adjust an offering to reignite or maintain that engagement.And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that nothing captures attention quite like a good story. At my core, I am a data-driven storyteller. I am passionate about understanding and developing the journey a customer wants to take with a given product in order to satisfy their goals. But I’ve also come to appreciate the business side of this relationship. While user goals are always my main priority, they don’t exist in a vacuum. There are real, financial implications to every decision an organization makes.
