I\'m a healthcare lifecycle operator. I step into organizations when they’re launching, scaling, stuck, or unraveling and take responsibility for outcomes.What I deliver isn’t advisory work. It’s embedded, hands on leadership built through executive roles across venture backed startups, multi-site clinical businesses, and growth stage healthcare organizations. I’ve led companies through 0→1 launch, 1→2 scale, operational breakdowns, financial distress, leadership transitions, acquisitions, and wind downs. Across roles, I’ve scaled multi-site care models, owned P&L\'s up to $20M ARR, integrated acquisitions, launched new service lines, stabilized cost structures, and rebuilt operating discipline under pressure. That work has included opening, scaling, and closing clinics, making hard people decisions, renegotiating leases and vendors, and restoring credibility when narrative stopped matching the math.What differentiates my work: I inherit consequences: P&L, payroll, compliance, people decisions I move quickly from narrative to cash, structure, and execution I bring calm and decisiveness when leadership is overwhelmed I protect people, cash, and long term credibility while making hard decisions that preserve strategic optionality for the business.I work best when things are messy, urgent, and consequential, I lead with steadiness, clarity, and deep respect for the humans inside the work.
