As the Site Engineering Department Manager, I am responsible for providing leadership and functional management to a team of Technical Specialists that are engaged in the collection, processing, analysis and integration of key offshore windfarm site data. This data forms a key part of the design basis for the windfarm and also the as-built data provided to the operations teams. The Site Engineering department includes the following technical teams- Wind Resource and Metocean- Ground Engineering and Geophysical Survey- Geographical information and Data (GIS)
