I lead worldwide go-to-market for Amazon EKS, with additional coverage across Lambda and ECS — the foundational compute layer powering modern applications and the wave of generative AI and agentic workloads. This infrastructure isn\'t just running containers and functions anymore. It\'s orchestrating agentic systems, serving LLM inference at scale, and training frontier models. GPU consumption through EKS has more than doubled since 2024, with customers like Anthropic scaling Kubernetes clusters to nodes for model training. When customers ask how to move from traditional ML pipelines to GenAI-native architectures, or how to wire together autonomous agents that reason, retrieve, and act across distributed systems, they get the help they need through the systems my team builds. My team works across every customer profile, from frontier AI companies building new systems to 100-year-old enterprises modernizing their stack. We cover the full GTM surface: technical engagement, field enablement, positioning, and partner strategy. We operate where cutting-edge technology meets people, process, and organizational transformation. I build high-performing teams by creating clear alignment on what success looks like and the behaviors that drive it, then developing individuals to operate with autonomy and ownership. I foster an environment where people can be authentic, communicate openly, and iterate quickly through honest feedback, continuous experimentation, and rapid learning.Before leading the team, I was an individual contributor for 3 years. I earned my promotion to Principal GTM Specialist primarily through my work with customers building big data workloads on Kubernetes, primarily using Apache Spark. One of my most valuable experiences was working alongside Pinterest as they modernized their data platform from Hadoop on VMs to running Spark on EKS, which we presented together at re:Invent 2023. We scaled these learnings to customers worldwide through the Data on EKS project, which you can find on GitHub. I joined AWS in 2020 as a Program Manager, building mechanisms to support the expansion of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), including best practices for launching new services and headcount investment across the world. Prior to joining AWS, I held roles in Amazon Retail, both as a P&L owner in Consumer Electronics and the International Expansions division, and as a people manager in a Fulfillment Center.
