Ironwood invests in the form of subordinated debt and preferred stock in amounts ranging from $10 million to $40 million to support business owners and financial sponsors in growth financings, full and partial recapitalizations, generational transitions and buyouts. With nearly 30 years of middle market experience, we seek to simplify a process that is often unnecessarily wrought with complexity and contention. Ironwood Capital\'s general investment criteria are as follows- Companies with annual revenues of $20 to $250 million and trailing EBITDA of at least $3 million - Proven management teams with a significant equity stake and a clear alignment of interests - Demonstrated competitive advantages Responsible for deal origination, structuring and execution, and portfolio management.
