Sheriff with demonstrated experience and history of working in the Law Enforcement Community. Skilled in Government, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Tactical Operations, Leadership and Field Training.As Sheriff, I am responsible for the day to day operations of the Sheriff\'s Office, including Jail, Patrol, Civil, Communications and Investigative Bureaus. I have direct responsibility for labor relations and labor contract negotiations while inspiring the men and women of the Sheriff\'s Office to grow and become their best through transformational leadership. I work to structure the roles that employees fill in our organization in a fashion that provides them with ownership of the issues they may encounter through the course of their duties. I work in partnerships with other county elected officials, department heads and community stakeholders to create meaningful programs and services to county residents and also individuals who may be incarcerated in our jail.I have been assigned as a Deputy and as a Supervisor in every Division/Bureau of the Sheriff\'s Office and have a comprehensive working knowledge of those areas.
