Developed and facilitated four Getting to Grants trainings (in English and Spanish) to guide prospective grantees (especially those who have not received USG funds) on how to apply for grant funds. Trained project staff in grants management and compliance. Served as main client point of contact with USAID Activity Managers based in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados.
