Assist the Head Professional in managing the Oakland University golf operation, including pro shop, practice facilities and two 18-hole golf courses, with over 650 members• Promote & conduct 10+ golf tournaments and outings throughout the season• Maintain pro shop inventory records, check in new deliveries, and display merchandise for sale• Responsible for opening & closing procedures, such as counting & depositing cash income, preparing facilities for customer arrival, and ensuring clubhouse security at close of business• Provide additional services such as golf swing / short game lessons, club fitting & regripping• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service
