I work closely with marketing, R&D and customer services teams to address novel customer challenges. By identifying evolving research needs and aligning relevant Promega technologies with specific applications, I support increased adoption of molecular and cell biology solutions, contributing to improved research outcomes.I manage and develop key academic and government research accounts across the South West UK, including, but not limited to, Oxford, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter. I work directly with researchers to provide technical expertise and tailored solutions supporting genomics, protein analysis and drug discovery workflows.I\'m proud to establish Promega as a trusted partner by building long-term relationships with principal investigators, facility managers, research scientists and students across a range of diverse research environments.In addition to these responsibilities, I sponsor and attend scientific conferences and organise outreach activities, lead technical workshops and host training sessions. I\'m also the team Training Ambassador, contributing to the development of internal training programmes and identifying opportunities for wider team development.
