I support the Corporate Strategy Department’s Electrification Solutions Team in developing and implementing Duquesne Light Company’s load management strategy through market research, customer engagement, and data analysis. I analyze customer and utility-side performance metrics from demand response events to identify opportunities for improving future pilots and strengthening grid reliability. I have also continued this work through a fall semester extension focused on DLC’s load management initiatives.
