In November of 2022 finalist of the Health and Wellbeing Award at the Rail Staff Awards.In October of 2022 nominated for the Wellbeing Hero Award for Rail Wellbeing Live.Article published in the Royal Academy of Engineering\'s Ingenia magazien April of 2022 won Baroness Platt of Writtle Award after being nominated by the IMechE.In December of 2021 won the Amey A* Award for Safety and Wellbeing.I am currently an OLE Design Engineer, Mental Health First Aider and Wellbeing Ambassador for Amey.Currently I am Lead Designer in Area B of TRU (Transpenine Route Upgrade) on the W4 section of the route. Developing layouts, Cross Sections, 3D models and Clearance Cross Sections whilst utilising Linear Draft. I am currently involved additionally in both Mental Health and Health & Safety forums and am in focus groups for both of these.I was the designer on the Stage E (Form B) on a Construction Unit on the Aberdare Section of the route producing deliverables such as Layouts, Cross Sections, 2D & 3D models and Foundation Allocation Schedules. This project has also required me to learn use of Linear Draft OLE software.I was involved in the Wales & Borders Framework Stage C (Form A) outline design process on the Core Valley Lines Transformation Project.I have been involved in the E&P Design Framework as lead designer across various projects to produce cross sections, layouts (detailed design), reports and other deliverables on renewal works.Whilst at Amey I Assisted Document Control in the Entry into Service phase for NWEP Phase 4 to enable the efficient Entry into Service of the route section.I was previously an Assistant Project Manager in Technical Support Services where we undertook Intrusive Ground Investigation and Light Civils as part of my graduate programme. I was in charge of the creation and maintenance of safety documentation, programming works and controlling deliverables.
