Alex has 29+ years of engineering and construction industry expertise, known in the industry as execution driven with a passion for achieving results for his clients.Alex’s experience covers all aspects of land development consulting, starting from the property negotiation stages through to permitting negotiations and construction completion. He has been the project engineer and project lead for over 10+ million square feet of constructed large multi-tenant developments across Canada. Throughout his career he has been involved in some of the largest commercial big-box developments in the country and carried out 100’s of due diligence feasibility analyses on behalf of the largest commercial developers and retailers in the country.Alex has extensive experience in commercial land development, institutional, municipal infrastructure and residential subdivision projects including storm-water management from the planning stage through to construction. In addition, he has contract administration and field experience in road reconstruction, industrial and commercial building projects and residential subdivision projects.
