I’m a competition and behavioural economist focused on making markets fairer for consumers. In the Advocacy team at Which, I lead economic thinking on key issues across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on digital competition - using evidence and policy insight to tackle consumer harm and shape better outcomes.Previously at Ofcom, I worked on major consumer-focused projects: tackling loyalty penalties in mobile, helping to end inflation-linked mid-contract price rises, and contributing to the UK’s first Online Safety Codes of Practice, with a focus on protecting children online.I’m especially interested in where behavioural biases and market power meet - and how we can design policy that genuinely shifts the dial for consumers.
