Develops and implements large, cross-functional, improvement programs tied to annual strategic priorities. • Ensures prioritization of initiatives and identified solutions are in alignment with overall objective and strategy of the organization. • Directs strategic and tactical change activities and oversees the change management practice ensuring all levels of management and all employees are effectively absorbing organizational change while maintaining excellent operational results • Owns the operational transformation roadmap internally and collaborate with product management on planning, implementation, and operationalization of key product initiatives. • Acts as a senior advisor and “thought leader” to define current state situation, assess gaps in process/capabilities/talent, and assist in development of the future state in line with strategic plans. • Educates and develops employees, including new hires, at all levels, including senior, and at times clients & partners, on Agile, Lean and Design Thinking principles, including providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work. • Delivers performance metrics demonstrating the positive impact of transformation • Applies Lean or Agile expertise to identify upgrades and ongoing continuous improvement of processes and technologies • Fosters continuous improvement culture throughout the organization and serves as a champion for change.
