Manage the Company’s HVAC Water Treatment (plan & spec) business with Mechanical Contractors. Primary duties include:• Review the HVAC Water Treatment section of new construction plans and specifications • Prepare water treatment job bids and project estimates and submit bids to mechanical contractors on a timely basis • Follow up to determine the successful mechanical contractor for each job and negotiate purchase commitment for the HVAC water treatment portion of the job• Manage start-up and warranty period field service work in conjunction with Barclay’s Mechanical Service Manager, field engineering staff, and in-house technical support staff• Develop and maintain relationships with Mechanical Contractors and HVAC Design Engineering firms throughout the United States• Supervise the Mechanical Service Manager• Represent Barclay Water Management, Inc. at trade shows and seminars• Adhere to all safety policies and inform management of unsafe working conditions• Participate in Barclay’s Idea Program• Meet ISO 9001 quality system requirements
