Strategize, plan, establish, coordinate and oversee the execution of the business startup end-to-end activities for the organization• Serve as MRL Cambridge key business operations’ point of contact and lead cross-functional teams to implement the site operating model dependent upon the site strategy. This would include direct activities with Global Facility Management, Finance, Environmental, Health and Safety, Procurement, Compliance, IT, Global security, HR and any other entity in direct relation with the site• Provide project management support for the execution of strategic and operating plan for the MRL Cambridge leadership (LT) staff.
