Passion for Product OwnershipHealthcare Project: Product Owner of $750K software development project budget to retain existing multi-million dollar clients (2 retained), aquire new client interest (1 ACO signed), raise consulting service sales by 10%, break down inter-department silo walls, and improve remote workers job satisfaction. Project was turned around from a 5yr ROI to 2.5yr ROI with stakeholder willingness to try a different Agile approach, MVP delivery, and ROI being the focus. Audit Project:Led a project that had been declined funding for over 2 years due to estimates being too high to complete the work. Proposed a MVP concept with less than half the budget and delivered functional software within 2 months and complete software, including customer feedback, within 4 months. Most importantly to this client, on budget and on time with the client\'s priorities satisfied for a trade show.Tax Project:Led a complex tax project that had failed results from two previous vendors. As a team we worked diligently to break down the complex problem and addressed the highest risk, highest reward part of the project first. Previous teams had tackled other areas of the application first. There was no value without the complex piece and this is where they failed on delivery.
