As Business Manager, I lead Consult’s Dental division - overseeing a high-performing team, driving strategy and managing delivery across the UK & Europe.I’m responsible for the full commercial and operational performance of the unit: from setting growth targets and developing our client partnerships, to mentoring consultants and ensuring consistent delivery across retained, multi-hire and senior level searches.
