As ISD, redesigned lessons, created differentiated instructional materials, and made accessibility changes in accordance with education best practices and Navy Instructional Theory. Collaborated with subject matter experts, including course supervisor and active duty instructors, across a wide range of course development initiatives. Created and implemented interactive lesson materials and exercises to foster dynamic classroom environment. Redesigned learning objectives to better match trainee skill progression. Created and implemented internal products to improve course management, lesson design and delivery, and comparative analysis of future course revisions. Provided both content and technical support to students during classroom observation.Lead ISD for SWSC’s Quartermaster training pipeline. Providing ongoing support for ongoing Quartermaster A School (QMA) course revision and biweekly QM Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) development initiative. Overhauled QMA course structure and objectives to match the progression in Quartermaster Journeyman (QMJ) and SURFNAV. Created interactive HTML5 training module to provide proof-of-concept for the delivery of HTML5 content and interactive learning materials. Providing direct support for lesson revisions and ongoing updates to the course.
