ABOUT ALEX HATCHARD

I’m the Recruitment Team Lead at HealthHarmonie and Medinet Clinical Services (part of the Medinet Group), where I’m responsible for building and developing recruitment capability across regulated, high-volume and specialist healthcare services. A big part of my role is making sure our hiring processes can scale as the business grows, without compromising on quality or compliance.I work closely with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and HR to understand what the business really needs and turn that into practical recruitment plans. That often means balancing speed with governance, and making sure candidate experience doesn’t get lost in complex or high-pressure hiring environments.I come from a combined recruitment and HR background, which gives me a strong grounding in employment legislation and regulatory requirements. I’m practical in my approach and people-focused by default. I care about developing my team, improving how we work, and creating recruitment processes that are fair, professional and fit for purpose.
